| So, these past week, my co workers and I have been going through tough times as we all think of each other as "family." My clinical lead, who had lost a child couple years ago to brain cancer, has just lost another child due to an unfortunate incident. Well have all prayed and thought of her as she spent her days at Children Hospital, ICU, but her heart beat her last at 1210, yesterday afternoon. We have kept our distance and left the family privacy to deal with this emotional time but has kept up a website to keep friends and family informed of her status. Mary, my lead's wife, left inspirational and comforting words to all of us and I really wanted to share this to all. Life is short and just keep in mind why we are really placed on this world for...

| Well time to update... I have worked last night and it was pretty gloomy throughout the shift last night. One of our cancer patient didn't make it last night. He passed away at 2AM this morning. All the nurses who was working last night all have taken care of him and we all knew him well. He was one of the nicest person you will ever met and his family were too. His story was actually published in the Union Tribune last week to and we all had high hopes for him since we found a donor. Rest in Peace, Mr. Casanova. Well in over news, My hospital has recieved the Baldrige National Quality Award. So, that's cool, cause we only gotten a honorary mention last year. Go, Sharp! Thats it for now. I hope the next time I post on this thing is are about happy things... | | |
